Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2008 everyone! After a bit of a stint of lazyness I am back and updating the site again. Since the last update there have been a few changes which I'll make clear here.

1. On July 29th 2007, the 3volution Clan officially folded and disbanded. This was a sad day but most of the members had struggled for a while to keep it going but a lack of support and unavailable of people to make matches just made it more trouble than it was worth.
2. On July 30th 2007, the 3volution Community was reborn. Instead of a solid clan structure we are now a simple community of friends playing a game. Without the stress of official matches and the rest it has gone back to the main fun of the game. One day we may rejoin the clans but until then lets have fun.
3. We no longer have 2 servers. There was simply no need. We now have a single server which is running the GunGame mod and is very popular - so get on it!
4. The TeamSpeak server has also changed and we now run a Ventrilo server.

We still welcome any donations people are willing to give to keep the server running so please do donate if you enjoy playing. I've also been going over the site and have updated the servers pages with new details and map list. The members page has been changed to list the main community leaders/members and the homepage has been updated with all the new server info. Keep checking back for any more updates!

Server changes and general update!

Everyone please take not that the Public server and the TeamSpeak server closed today. Unfortunately the costs were getting too much. However action has been taken and we have a new TeamSpeak server and now have a Deathmatch and a Dust2 24/7 server (thanks john and rich). Check out the new IPs on the homepage and the server pages. Also, a general update of the site...just to keep things tidy!

Updates, updates, updates!

Well if you take a look around the site you will notice that a few updates have been made. The server details have been updated with the new server IPs and mod details, the members page has been updated and reformatted with all the current players, and a few other tweaks have been made around the place. If you see anything wrong or want to suggest something then please goto the forums and make yourself heard!

Welcome to EnemyDown...

...now let the party begin! Yes people, we have been accepted and are now in the CSS Entry league. Now it's time to buckle down and work hard to get into the major league. Lets kick some virtual butt!

Application to EnemyDown

Finally we have applied to join EnemyDown, and this time it should go through. Thanks to Colin and all the AG. guys for the PCWs this week. We have a couple more in the process of being sorted so we may get another couple of practices under our belt. As far as we can tell everything has now been done and we're just waiting to see. Cross your fingers guys!!!

Player/Server Stats

You may notice a new menu option now called 'Stats'. This is linking direct from the Mani ranks and stats on the public server so you can see your own personal stats, weapons used, hit box and more. You can also see details of the server, what map is on, what map is next and who is playing. How good is that then!!!

New Clan Banner

Thanks to Sam for producing a rather nice looking banner for the top of the site. one is also on the way for the forums so look out. Looks good eh!?

Servers Page Updated

The servers page has now been updated to include full details of both the public and fun servers. There is now a list of all the MODs and Addons installed, all custom sounds installed and all custom maps installed. There are also links to download the vast majority of this custom content so you can add it to you steam folders and play on the servers without having to wait for CSS to download it from the servers directly.

Members Page Updated

The members page has now been updated with all current members of the clan. Not all the details are there as yet but their game names and SteamIDs have been put on. The rest of the information will follow as soon as we get it!

Site Updates

A number of updates have been made to the site which have been in the pipeline for a while. The members and matches areas are sorted as well as the servers page. If you find anything that looks wrong then let a Clan Leader know about it!

Server Updates

The new TeamSpeak server can be found at 63.209.37.120:8815. If you want the password goto the forums and ask an admin. The public server has also been reset this morning with a fresh new build. This means it'll just be what we need and nothing more. Remember, if anyone has any requests for maps or mods for either the public or fun server let us know in the forums!

Site Update: Forums Online

A big thanks to Rich who has gone and created a great set of forums for the clan/community. This now links directly off the forums link at the top of the page so enjoy. Please remember though that the forums are not hosted on this site so please check here as much as there or you might miss something!

Site Update: Sections added

The links and the pages to all the sections of the site are now in. Most of the pages are copies of each other at the moment but we are working on them one at a time. Hopefully by the end of the day the base content will be done and the more fancy stuff can start. Keep checking back!

New Sponsor

We now have a new sponsor of the clan: Triforce Music Store. This is a site that dedicates itself to selling local unsigned bands music and other merchandise. Have a look and see if there's anything you like. The more money they make the better!

A new clan is born!

Yes, that's right, a new clan has been born! Like a phoenix from the flames 3volution has been born out of the ashes of the Silent Assassins. SA died long before their time but hopefully the bonds which have developed on the battlefield between the most dedicated of us will hold strong into the future as 3vo dominate (here's hoping) the ED league tables!
